Acceptable payment methods the artist can recieve are PayPal, CashApp, and Ko-Fi.

Payment plans will not be accepted on commissions below $100. The commission must be paid in full before the artist will work on your piece.

The commission must be paid in full within 48 hours of acceptance unless otherwise discussed or it will be assumed to be abandoned.

Once the client's invoice is paid, they will be added to the artist's trello queue.

Custom design commissions will be provided with a form that must be filled out before the artist will accept payment. The artist reserves the right to decline a custom request they feel they cannot provide a satisfactory final product.

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time. Rude and or bigoted behavior will not be tolerated. The client will be refunded based on the refund policy of completeion.

Prices are subject to change as the artist sees fit.

The artist reserves the right to repurpose declined sketches or rework cancelled commissions as seen fit. The client is not entitled to use rejected artwork, as not to encourage sketch-farming.

The artist retains authorship rights to both cancelled and complete works. The artist may use this work to promote themselves and upload it to their online portfolios. The artist does not claim ownership of any client's characters and will not sell copies of completed pieces unless given permission from the client.

The artwork must remain unedited unless otherwise discussed. Cropping is an acceptable form of editing for use of an online avatar.

The client or any owners thereafter are permitted to make changes to any custom character design(s) created by the artist. Current or previous owners may not police future ownership's activity with said character.

Under no circumstances will the client be permitted to use finished artwork for commercial use unless a commercial fee is discussed and paid in full. All artwork is otherwise intended for personal use under the client. Printing, ordering, making personal merchandise (i.e. shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.) for themselves or for gifts is permitted.

The client may NEVER use the art for AI or NFT's in any way.

In the case of client cancellation, the artist will refund a % of payment depending on if they have started the commission, and where they are at with the artwork.

In the instance of the artist cancelling, a full refund will be issued to the client.

The artist will offer a 90% refund if sketching has not been started, and the client wishes to cancel. This is to compensate the artist's time spent on discussing and planning with the client.

A 75% refund will be issued if the client wishes to cancel once any sketches have been completed, but before lineart has been completed.

A 50% refund will be issued if the client wishes to cancel once final lineart/underpainting is completed.

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued once the artwork is completed.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Returning clients may experience different prices as the artist adapts to the current economy.

The client may request multiple changes during the sketching and lining phase at no cost, within reason. Excessive amounts of revisions may possibly be declined.

The artist will not charge for a reasonable amount of revisions. If there is deemed an excessive amount of revisions, a revisions fee will be discussed with the client. The commission will be paused until these fees are paid, or the client rescinds further revisions. The fee will vary based on the percent of completion and scope of the changes.

My work days and hours vary, but I generally work 8-20 hours a week, Monday through Thursday.

Client's are free to message the artist during off-days, but are not guaranteed a response until that upcoming Monday.

Turnaround times are generally 2-4 weeks unless otherwise stated to the client. Wait times may vary depending on the bulk of the queue at that time.
